Shipping policy

We provide global shipping service for all apparel orders. Every product is carefully inspected, neatly folded and professionally packed before shipment to prevent dust, wrinkles, extrusion and damage during transportation.

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can check the delivery progress anytime.

For international orders, all import duties, local taxes and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times are estimated only. Delays caused by customs inspection, severe weather, logistics delays or other uncontrollable situations are beyond our control.

If you receive damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete items, please contact our customer support with your order number and clear photos. We will promptly review your case and offer refund, replacement or proper after-sales solutions.
